On May 31 – June 2 2017 Lund University and The Technical University of Denmark will together with The Polytechnic University of Hong Kong and The University of Bologna organise the 2nd Global Conference on Food Safety.

The conference will cover the whole value chain and as well focus on cooperation between Europe and Asia, another will also be the globalization and food safety

Participants from universities and research institutions, companies, international organisations and NGO:s around the world and also governments in Europe and Asia, incl EU and APEC are invited to the forum. A large delegation from Hong Kong will also attend, which makes this an excellent opportunity to network.
