Membership information

We welcome you, both individuals and corporations, as members of Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Sweden!

The membership is annual from January to December. If you become a member during the year the fee will be reduced after July 1. You find the fees – membership and annual fees in the main menu Membership – Become a member. The membership fee covers parts of the management of the Chamber, such as current accounting, annual auditing and a Secretary General at 20%.
The Directors of the Board have no remuneration. As a member you are allowed to vote at the Annual General Meeting and of course you are welcome at the events we arrange and to take part of the network the Chamber offers. We usually arrange around 10 events per year. The events mainly take part in Stockholm, but the Chamber’s Chapters also arrange activities in other parts of Sweden – Lund/Malmö, Umeå and Örebro.
The corporate members are offered different services from the Chamber, such as marketing, information, event arrangements and matchmaking in Sweden and Hong Kong.

Individual members, students and start ups pay the membership fee easiest via plusgiro nr: 108080-3. Write your name and e-mail address when paying. Please also send an e-mail with the same information to kansli@hongkong.se. You can also send an e-mail if you prefer to get an invoice. With this procedure you allow us to save your information according to GDPR regulation.

We ask Corporate and Organisation members to send an e-mail to kansli@hongkong.se with information of size of the corporation and invoice address.
